Who we are
We’re The Outfit content innovation studios. We create strategies and content that earn attention for our clients’ brands at scale.
How your personal data will be used
We hold and process personal data about you in order to keep our records accurate and share new agency information. We usually keep this information for two years.
Your information may be shared with The Outfit employees, which includes account management, marketing, project management and design team members. This includes clients name, work contact details and personal contact number if applicable.
Records will not be shared through any third party. Info will be stored on The Outfit internal CRM system only.
Objections
At any time you may have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, where processing is conducted for legitimate business reasons or direct marketing. If you exercise this right, then unless we have compelling reasons not to, we shall cease to process your data wherever data protection laws allow.
Why the personal data is legally required
The information we wish to gather about you is collected on the grounds of Legitimate Interest. We have used this to put in place a process that ensures transparency, including a no-questions-asked opt-out for all past, existing and potential customers.
In the case of any opt-out, we will remove the corresponding data within 24 hours from our systems.
